Great location awesome staff

Great location, even though it's in the middle of Kohsan Road the room was quiet clean, had a restaurant, tailor, and tour agent on site. The minute you walked out of the lobby area you were in the middle of all the action.

For the price point there wasn't much to complain about. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a rooftop pool. AC could have worked a little better, hot water ran out sometimes. Overall excellent stay.

We loved our stay. Out all day & the Palace was a convenient place to crash.

The location. Easy to get around. Temples within walking/easy driving distance. Slap bang in the middle of Khaosan Road. Very touristy (prices slightly higher, but still cheap enough) but, we enjoyed the fabulous atmosphere/various bars/restaurants (despite being over 25) in the surrounding streets after a day of sightseeing—to then just walk/slightly stagger into our hotel. Yes, you have to walk/run the gauntlet of people touting their placards to come to their bar etc etc. just have fun with it. Although, it could get annoying for some. There was a fab air conditioned Nescafé coffee bar within a couple of mins walking distance. Really good coffee & pastries to kick start the day. The price was amazing. We booked last minute and got a great deal. Staff on reception were really nice and helpful. Rooftop pool was cool. Great views.

The noise. If you’re out enjoying the party atmosphere until 3.am then this is the place for you. Our room didn’t have any soundproofing at all—and it was LOUD—so bring earplugs (the hotel provide them but they weren’t great) or, quaff sufficient quantities of sleeping potion!!There was a kettle but no sachets of coffee/tea. Bring your own. Beds uncomfortable. Air con struggled. Decor a bit dated—but you get what you pay for.

Reasonable stay but quite far from attractions

The pool was good and the room was decent

Our Cayley for not researching we were on a super busy street but there was music thumping through the room/hotel until very early hours of the morning. Struggled to sleep because of the noise.

This place is for only young cool cats

Right by the action and a Decent pool. The staff asked if we wanted to stay the full time because it could get quite loud, respect.

If you booked this place and it's noisy, don't be surprised. The noise level isn't that bad and we were in the front rooms.

Location, it’s in the heart of Khao San Street. I personally like that it is close to majority of the places I wanted to visit.

The place is reasonable for the amount of money you’l pay. It’s budget friendly, and if you don’t mind the party noise in the evening then this place is for you.

Clean, quiet, good air con, spacious shower. Very very good for the money You pay. We stayed at Khaosan Palace when we came to Thailand and then stayed at D&D inn before we left - would recommend Khaosan Palace, only Khaosan Palace :D Everything is exactly as is seen on photos. Rooftop pool was also nice and had some nice views!

The view behind the window wasn’t the best, but since the room was on the other side of Khaosan Road and quiet - there was no problem at all about that!:))

Cause the hotel is right at Khao San road the rooms are really loud so it’s hard to find some sleep. If you just want to party it’s probably fine cause you can go right to sleep after partying.

Ok for a short stay to experience Khaosan road

It was quiet for the location, the pool was quite nice with some great views and the rooms were clean and had everything you would need. Right in the middle of khaosan road so pretty much you get what you paid, perfect if you want to experience it but I wouldn’t want to stay too long there!

The staff were really grumpy and rude when we arrived, avoided them for the rest of our stay! The bed was quite hard which was ok for us but some may struggle, the towels were not nice and had holes in them. Room was dark, it was not worth opening the curtains as the windows were facing a wall.

Great location, right on Khaosan Road near all the night...

Great location, right on Khaosan Road near all the night life madness and markets. The rooftop pool is also really nice. Room was clean and tidy and the staff friendly.

The room we stayed in was on the second floor at the front of the building so the noise level was extreme. If you are there to party all night then this won’t be a problem for you.

The swimming pool is pretty nice. The location is really good, right in the center of khao san market.

The staffs at the reception is a lil bit rude. It's really noisy at night. And the shower is cold.

Good and friendly staff. Good location but if I stayed here again I'd ask for a room on the other side where it's quieter.

My room was facing the street so I got to hear all the nightclub noise till about 1.30/2am.

Good time dont expect to sleep

This hotel is right in the middle of crazy town so you dont need to go anywhere else. The pool is great and the staff are great. The room is nice

You expect to be up late thats the nature of the area, but male adults shouting and banging on your door in the early hours is a bit disquiting. The hotel should have security that patrols this as there is no need for it

Clean and comfy room, nice beds, quite good wifi. The staff at the swimming pool is very friendly, downstairs the staff is bored to death.

The pool is a bit small. And in the rooms you can still enjoy the music from the party outside, for us this was not a problem at all. But some people won't like it.
